I have definitely started a "need to read" booklist based on the authors being introduced to me in this class. I don't want to just read these excerts and try and remember their message, I want the book or original article (whenevr possible) in my home library so that I can refer back to them OFTEN.I thoroughly enjoyed the piece by Gorski. I found in this reading one of the most impressionable quotes for me; "With all of this celebrating, perhaps they'll institute a 'Celebrate Your Opression' day." I was very impressed by Zina's presentation. I appreciate her sharing her knowledge with us regarding multi-culturism. The activity she had us do (moving forward or backwards based on certain questions) was amazing!!!!!
